Section 2(1)(b) in Andhra Pradesh Orphanages and other Charitable Homes (Supervision and Control) Rules, 1999

(b)"Cell" means a cell established by Government to assist the Board of Control in discharging its duties by rendering the duties and functions prescribed by the Board of Control subject to overall supervision of Government;
