ORDER
The learned Government Pleader has taken notice for both the respondents in these two cases and seeks a short time to get instructions in the matter.
2. The learned Government Pleader will get specific instructions from the RDO, as to whether the petitioners in these two cases have filed the requisite application under Rule 6 (2) of the Kerala Land Utilisation Order, 1967 before the cut off date of 30-12-2017 (date of coming into force of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act, 2008).
