against the Judgment and Award dated 05.09.2015 passed in LAC No.
1033/2005 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate First
Class, Ron.

      This cross objection coming on for orders this day, the Court passed the
following;

Two weeks' time is granted for compliance of the office objections subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2,000/- to the Advocates' Association Library Fund, High Court of Karnataka, Dharwad Bench, Dharwad failing which the appeal stands dismissed without reference to bench.
