Section 103(1) in Mizoram Cooperative Societies Act, 2006
(1)Where a co-operative dispute referred to Registrar or person authorized by him or the arbitrator as the case may be, is decided or an award has been made, after providing a reasonable opportunity to the parties in dispute to be heard, shall be binding on such parties and became final subject to appeal, if any, provided.
