Section 15(b) in Indian Stamp Act (Madhya Pradesh Prevention of Undervaluation of Instruments) Rules, 1975
(b)in the case of any firm, be served :-(i)upon any one or more of the partners; or(ii)at the principal place at which the partnership business is carried on, upon any person having control or management of the partnership business at the time of service.
