                                   ORDER

1. The Commission, vide order dated 13.09.2019, directed the respondent to submit an affidavit in respect of point nos. A, B and C to the Commission deposing that there is work agreement between Gamon India Limited and NPCIL and no record is available with NPCIL regarding employees appointed by Gamon India Limited or by their sub-contractors. Also NPCIL cannot obtain any such documents from them i.e. Gamon India Limited. NPCIL was also directed to provide copy of the relevant directions regarding appointment of private security employees.

2. The appellant filed a complaint dated 05.12.2019 regarding non-compliance of the Commission's above-mentioned order.

3. The respondent, vide letter dated 07.11.2019, has provided the information sought for to the appellant in compliance with the order of the Commission dated 13.09.2019.

Decision:

4. The Commission, after perusing the records, observes that the respondent has complied with the directions of the Commission. Hence, no further action is required in the matter. Accordingly, the matter is closed at the Commission's level.

5. With the above observations, the non-compliance complaint is disposed of.

6. Copy of the decision be provided free of cost to the parties.
