(3)The sinking fund or any part thereof shall be applied in, or towards, the discharge of the loan for which such fund was created and until such loan is wholly discharged it shall not be applied for any other purpose.Form I(See Rule 4)Notice of The Publication of Draft Regional PlanNotice is hereby given that the draft regional plan for .............. (area) has been prepared in accordance with the provisions contained in chapter of the Madhya Pradesh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 23 of 1973) and a copy thereof is available to inspection at my office and .............during office hours.The particulars of the said draft plan have been specified in the schedule below.If there be any objection or suggestion with respect of the draft plan, it should be sent to the Director, Town and Country' Planning, Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal, before the expiry of sixty days from the date of publication of this notice in the "Madhya Pradesh Gazette".Any objections and suggestions which may be received in writing from any person before the expiry of the period specified above will be considered by the Director.
