ORAL ORDER
Present application under Section 11 of the Arbitration Act has been preferred by the applicant herein seeking appointment of sole Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties arising out of the management agreement in question.
There is a broad consensus between the learned advocates for the respective parties on the name of Justice D.A. Mehta (Retired) to be the sole Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties. Under the circumstances, stand over to 15.12.2017. In the meantime, either of the advocates may get the declaration of the proposed Arbitrator as required under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended by Arbitration Act, 2015.
