Order dated 08/10/2014 3/3 also submitted the correct answers of certain questions and other relevant material for the perusal and consideration of the said authority. However, before passing any reasoned or speaking order by the Inspector General of Police, Jaipur Range, Jaipur, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking appointment on the post of Constable General while revising the merit list.

5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty and direction to the petitioner to pursue his representation dated 10.07.2013 submitted before the second respondent, and the said authority is expected to decide the same by a speaking order expeditiously, preferably after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. If, however, the representation is decided against the petitioner, the petitioner will be at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy against such order. No costs.
