Section 13 in The Orissa Working Journalists Welfare Fund Rules, 2006
13.
All the applications shall be scrutinised by the Committee. The Committee, after satisfying itself of the eligibility or otherwise of the applicant may in consistent with the provisions of the rules, make specific recommendation to the Vice-Chairman who shall thereafter take appropriate action for complying with the recommendation of the Committee.
