(4)A licence to commence or carry on the business as -

(i)a manufacturer of or dealer in an animal article or a dealer in trophy or uncured trophy shall be granted in Form No. 15,

(ii)a Taxidermist shall be granted in Form No. 17,

(iii)a dealer in captive animal shall be granted in form No. 18.
