Section 34(v) in Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016
(v)The circulars issued time to time earlier regarding monitoring of the fair price shops shall remain in force and shall be deemed to be notified under this Order, if they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Order or with the provisions of the Central Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2015.
