Section 41 in Gujarat University of Transplantation Sciences Act, 2015
41. Completion of courses of students.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or the regulations, any student of Smt. Gulabben Rasiklal Doshi and Kamalaben Mafatlal Mehta Institute of Kidney Diseases and Research Centre- - Dr. H.L. Trivedi Institute of Transplantation Sciences (IKDRC-ITS), Ahmedabad who immediately before the commencement of this Act was studying and was eligible for any examination of the Gujarat University, National Board of Examinations-New Delhi, Indian College of Pathologists- Goa, or any other recognized examination forum, as the case may be, shall be permitted to complete his course in preparation therefore and the University shall provide for the instruction, teaching, training and examination of such students, in accordance with the courses of studies of the Gujarat University-Ahmedabad, National Board of Examinations- New Delhi, Indian College of Pathologists-Goa, or any other recognized examination forum, as the case may be, in such manner and for such period as may be prescribed.
