Section 22(3) in The M.P. Motor Transport Workers Rules, 1963
(3)The members of Canteen Managing Committee shall hold office for a period of one year from the date on which it is constituted :Provided that such members shall notwithstanding the expiration of their term continue to hold their office until the constitution of the next Canteen Managing Committee.
