Section 9(3) in Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Establishment, Recognition, Administration and Control of Schools Under Private Managements) Rules, 1993
(3)On receipt of applications the competent authority shall make or cause such verification as is necessary and shall communicate a decision within three months. In case of refusal the order shall indicate the reasons.
