161. Notice to be given of date of settlement of list.
(1)Upon the filing of the provisional list under rule 160, the Liquidator shall, fix a date not later than one month from the date of the filing of the provisional list for the settlement of the list before him, and shall give notice thereof to every person included in such list, stating in such notice amount of contribution and such notice shall be in Form No. 51 and shall be sent by letter post under certificate of posting or registered post or any other mode specified in rule 15 of the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009, to every person included in the list at the address mentioned therein so as to reach him in the ordinary course of post not later than fourteen days before the date fixed for the settlement.
