(ii)[ to recommend to the Court the initiation of action for the establishment of a Faculty Council for post-graduate studies or Council for undergraduate studies and, after consulting the respective Faculty Council for post-graduate studies, the establishment of University Departments, institutions, centres, libraries, laboratories and museums for study and research;] [[Clause (ii) substituted by W.B.
