Section 6(1) in Lease (Government Land for Ratanjot/Karanj Plantation and Bio-diesel Based Processing Unit) Rules, 2006
(1)Waste land will be allotted first for 20 years, the State Government may renew' the lease after considering the compliance with the conditions of the lease, necessity of the land in future and public interest, for a further period of 10 years.
