The prayers with regard to migrant labourers have already been taken cognizance in Suo Motu Writ Petition (Civil) No. 6/2020 titled In Re : Problems And Miseries Of Migrant Labourers and with regard to other prayers, no case is made out.

We are not inclined to entertain the petition under Article 32 of the Constitution. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending application stands disposed of.
