Section 28(2) in THE BOMBAY PUBLIC SECURITY MEASURES ACT, 1947
(2)In clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 23 of the City of Bombay Police Act, 1902 (Bom. IV of 1902), after paragraph (ii) the following shall be inserted, namely:--" or(iii)any corrosive substance; or(iv)any explosive;"
