Learned counsel for respondent No.4 has placed on record instructions received from Secretary, Himachal Pradesh Rajya Chayan Aayog, Hamirpur, whereby it has been communicated that petitioner has not approached the Himachal Pradesh Rajya Chayan Aayog till date for applying to these posts.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that last date for submission of application was 08.01.2026 and before that, in terms of order dated 07.01.2026 petitioner had submitted his application online on the portal of Himachal Pradesh Rajya Chayan Aayog, uploading whereof has been duly accepted by the portal of Himachal Pradesh Rajya Chayan Aayog.

submits that for want of eligibility in terms of advertisement, the application submitted online, if likely to be rejected unless petitioner submits an offline application along with copy of order passed of by this Court.
4. Considering the aforesaid submission, rt petitioner is directed to submit and respondent No.4- Himachal Pradesh Rajya Chayan Aayog, is directed to accept offline application of the petitioner within 10 days from today to ensure compliance of order dated 07.01.2026 passed in this matter.
5. Reply on behalf of respondents No.1 & 2 stands filed. Respondent No.3 has already adopted reply filed by respondents No.1 & 2, vide order dated 30.06.2025 and today respondent No.4 also adopts the said reply.
