Section 24 in Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Act, 1995
24. Refusal to grant or renew registration.
- If, after giving the applicant an opportunity of being heard, the competent authority, refuses to grant or renew a certificate of registration, it shall record its reasons therefor in writing and communicate the same to the applicant.
