49. Punishments to he in accordance with foregoing section.
- Except by order of a Court of justice, no punishment other than the punishments specified in the forgoing sections shall be inflict on any prisoner, and no punishment shall be inflicted on, any prisoner otherwise than in accordance with the provisions of those section.
