Section 2(1)(a) in Amalgamation of Vijaya Bank and Dena Bank with Bank of Baroda Scheme, 2019

(a)"Act" means the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 (5 of 1970) in respect of Bank of Baroda and Dena Bank and the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980 (40 of 1980), in respect of Vijaya Bank;
