Section 45(1)(ii) in U.P. Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1983
(ii)in case he is unaccompanied by any other member of his family, a suitable barrack so as to accommodate not more than ten such migrant workmen, having at least a floor area of not less than 6.5 square metres for each such migrant workman making use of the barrack, a varandah and adequate additional covered space for cooking food as well as one common sanitary latrine and one common bath-room for every ten such migrant workmen, whithin fifteen days of coming into force of the rules in the case of the existing establishments, and within fifteen days of the commencement of the employment of migrant workmen in the new establishments.
