Section 2(26) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
(26)"cubical extents" with reference to the measurement of a building, means the space contained with the external surface of its walls and roof and the upper surface of the floor of its lowest storey, or where the building consists of one storey only, the upper surface of its floor;
