Section 17(1) in The Chhattisgarh Sah Chikitsa Parishad Act, 2001
(1)The minutes of the proceedings of each meeting of the Council shall be recorded in a book to be kept for the purpose. The names of members of the Council present thereat shall be entered in the minute book and it shall be signed in confirmation by the Presiding Authority at the same or next ensuing meeting.
