Section 28(1) in The M.P. State Road Transport Corporation Rules, 1962
(1)The Budget estimates for any year shall be laid before the Corporation on or before the 1st day of December of the previous year and after it is approved by the Corporation shall be forwarded to the State Government for approval on or before the 15th December. The Sate Government shall approve of the budget before 15th January, after making such amendments and alterations as it considers necessary.
