Section 39 in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 2015
39. Recognition of Medical Qualifications granted by the Institute.
- Subject to the provisions of the Indian Medical Council Act. 1956 and other laws for the time being in force, degrees, diplomas and other distinctions granted by the Institute shall be recognised qualifications for the purposes of the said Act and other laws.
