2 10-04-2023Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the private respondents along with the learned counsel for the State Bank of India.
The Court, without going into the merits of the case, disposes of the writ application with a direction to the petitioners to avail their remedies available in law.
However, in the event, if any issue of limitation is raised by the petitioners, availing their remedies available in law, within a period of four weeks from today, the authorities considering the application of the petitioners shall keep in mind that the petitioners were before this Court from 09.02.2023 till date.
