Section 26A(1) in Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001
(1)The presiding officer of the Rent Authority appointed under this Act shall be deemed to be public servant within the meaning of Sec. 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act No. 45 of 1860).
