Keeping in view the fact that the primary relief sought by the petitioner would depend on the determination of the issue as to whether this Court, while exercising writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution, can examine the petitioner's plea that the order passed by the NCLT, Mumbai Bench on 31.08.2021 was a nullity; learned senior counsel for the parties have made submissions at length on the question of maintainability of the present petition.
