Section 31 in The Rajasthan Municipal Service Rules, 1963
31. Confirmation.
- A probationer shall be confirmed in his appointment at the end of his period of probation if;(a)he has passed the prescribed departmental examination, if any. completely;(b)he has passed departmental test of proficiency in Hindi; and(c)the appointing authority is satisfied that his integrity is unquestionable and that he is otherwise fit for confirmation.Part-VII Pay
