9. Vacancies how to be filled.
- Any vacancy of a [Director] [This word was substituted for the word 'member', by Gujarat 11 of 1986, Section 10 (1) (w.e.f. 01-07-1986).] of the Corporation shall be filled as early as practicable, and in like manner as if the nomination were being made initially:Provided that, during any such vacancy the continuing [Directors] [This word was substituted for the word 'member', by Gujarat 11 of 1986, Section 10 (2) (w.e.f. 01-07-1986).] may act as if no vacancy had occurred.
