Section 9(2) in The Orissa Industrial Housing Act, 1966
(2)All rents and other charges shall be collected in cash and shall be payable monthly by the 15th day of the following month :Provided that the Housing Commissioner may, subject to such directions as may be issued by the State Government in that behalf, allow from time to time such further period for payment of the rent and the other charges as he may deem fit.
