Section 36 in The Goa, Daman and Diu School Education Rules, 1986
36. Form and manner of application for recognition.
- Every private school seeking recognition shall make an application, in Form I to the Directorate of Education, or the authority subordinate to him as authorised by him and every such application shall either be delivered to the appropriate authority through an individual or sent to that authority by Registered post acknowledgement due. However, all existing recognised schools, subject to the provisions of these rules, shall be deemed to have been recognised under these rules.
