Section 2(b) in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935
(b)'Co-operative Federation' means a registered society the main object of which is to co-ordinate and facilitate the activities of other registered societies and to foster the growth of the co-operative movement;(bb)[ 'Co-operative Year' means a year beginning with the [1st April] [Inserted by Act 39 of 1982.] and ending on the [31st March;] [Substituted by Act 5 of 1989.]
