Section 5(2)(iii) in Assam Madrassa Education (Provincialisation of Services of Employees and Re-Organization of Madrassa Educational Institutions) Act, 2018

(iii)must have rendered at least six years continuous service as on 1.1.2017 from the date of joining in the concerned Venture Madrassa Educational Institution;
