19. Annual Accounts.
- The Annual Accounts of the University of the proceeding Financial Year shall be prepared under the direction of the Executive Council within three (3) months after the closure of previous financial year, and shall be submitted to such audit as the Government may direct before the end of the financial year. The accounts so audited shall be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette and copies thereof together with copies of the audit report shall be submitted to the Academic Senate and to the Government, not later than two years from the end of the financial year to which the accounts relate.
