Section 6(b) in The Securities and Exchange Board Of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009
(b)if after the proposed delisting, the equity shares [do] [Substituted 'would' by Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2018/46, dated 14.11.2018 (w.e.f. 10.6.2009).] not remain listed on any recognised stock exchange having nation wide trading terminals, exit opportunity shall be given to all the public shareholders holding the equity shares sought to be delisted in accordance with Chapter IV.
