Section 27(ii) in Code of Regulations for Approved Nursery and Primary Schools
(ii)If admission has been secured for a pupil by means of false certificate or false representation of any kind, he shall be summarily dismissed by the Headmaster/Headmistress with forfeiture of whatever fees he/she may have paid.
