Section 272 in The General Rules (Civil), 1957

272. Courts keeping separate accounts.

- The following courts shall have separate accounts with the Treasury and the Accountant-General:

(i)the courts of all District Judges;

(ii)the permanent courts of all Civil and Sessions Judges not stationed at the headquarters of a Judgeship;

(iii)the Courts of Small Causes.
