Section 1 in Mizoram Drug (Controlled Substances) Act, 2016
1. Short Title, extent and Commencement.
(1)This Act may be called The Mizoram Drug (Controlled Substances) Act, 2016(2)It extends to the whole of Mizoram.(3)It shall come into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
