Section 3(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Professional Engineering Colleges (Selection and Admission) Rules, 2016
(1)The applications for admission to all the available seats in the engineering courses offered by the Government/Private Engineering Colleges in the State shall be called for by the Competent Authority.
