(1)Whenever any change occurs in any of the particulars relating to any Goshala recorded in the register of Goshalas, the trustee of such Goshala shall, within three months of the occurrence of such change, report the fact to the Registrar and every such report shall be signed by every trustee or by his agent specially authorised in this behalf and the person signing such report shall verify it in the prescribed manner.
