Section 3 in Indian Veterinary Council Rules, 1985
3. Notification for election to the Council.
- For the purpose of electing the members of the council under clause (g) of sub section (3) of section 3 the Central Government shall by a notification published in Gazette of India, call upon the persons enrolled in the Register to elect the said members in accordance with the provisions of these rules.
