Section 258(2)(a) in The Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats And Industrial Townships Act, 1965

(a)a still born child is one which has issued forth from its mother after the twenty-eight week of pregnancy and which did not at any time alter being expelled from its mother, breathe or show any other signs of life; and
