Section 63(a) in United Khasi-Jaintia Hills Autonomous District (Management and Control of Forests) Rules, 1960
(a)For the registration of a property mark a written application should be submitted to the Chief Forest Officer and a sketch of the proposed mark together with a written description, and a fee of Rs. 20 shall be sent with the application.
