464. Certificate of attendance for servant of the Crown.
- When the complainant or a witness in a case is a servant of the Crown and no expenses are paid to him by the Court, the Court officer shall see that a certificate of attendance is given him by the Court to enable him to draw his travelling expenses (see regulation 1228).
