Section 36(1) in The Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Orissa Rules, 1980
(1)Holidays including weekly holidays, hours of work including extra wages for overtime work done and other conditions of service of migrant workman shall not be less favourable than those obtaining in that establishment or in similar employments in the area in which the establishment is located, as the case may be.
